Return Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Product Condition To be eligible for a return, items must have more than 50% of the product remaining. Products that are more than half used will not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping We offer free returns — we'll cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items Bundles are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at claire@youretoobeautifulshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label.
